We are not actively raising at this moment, but we are taking inquiries and interest as we prepare for our next fundraise planned for later in 2025. The upcoming round will support scaling production programs, hardware platforms, and expanding our cloud and software ecosystem.

We are looking for partners who bring more than just capital. Our ideal partners bring operational expertise, OEM relationships, Tier 1 perspective, and mentorship as we scale delivery across multiple customer platforms globally.
Can you discuss your traction and upcoming demo days?
We were accepted into the prestigious Next Canada accelerator, one of Canada’s leading programs for high-growth startups, supported by the University of Toronto Rotman School of Business. Our Next Canada Demo Day is scheduled for late August, and we would be happy to provide accredited investors with an invite.
